Service and Payment Policy Information
Service Call Flat Rates
Scottsdale Roadside Service $ 85.00 and $ 115.00 flat rates include:
• Mobile service call responded to anywhere within the city of Scottsdale.
• Technicians time to jump start a vehicle, replace a battery, unlock a vehicle door, fuel delivery or tire change labor only.
• All paperwork completed at time of arrival and customer signature required authorizing work order request to be completed by Scottsdale Roadside Service.
Scottsdale roadside service work orders paid by credit or debit card will require:
• cardholders name
• account number
• expiration date
• security code
• card billing address
Lockout Service Calls
Any vehicle lockout service call responded to by our technicians will require the following information from the customer to be included on the work order request, including:
• Customer name, address and telephone number
• Date of birth
• The drivers license number or identification number of the person
• Vehicle information: Vehicle identification number, license plate number and odometer reading
• Name of the technician servicing the lockout service call
• Date of lockout service
• Signature of the person requesting lockout service
Basic lockout service does not include:
• Chip programming
• Computerized key cutting
• Locksmith service
• Transponder keys
• Trunk access lockout requests.
Additional Service Call Fees
Additional fees are charged for locksmith key cutting; battery replacement, fuel delivery and flat bed tow service requests. Prices quoted on an individual basis due to vehicle year, make, model and specific work order requests made by customer.
Service Call Policies
Scottsdale Roadside Service strictly follows the following company policies, including:
• All invoices are due in full at time of completed vehicle roadside service.
• If no keys are found inside after unlocking the vehicle, Scottsdale Roadside Service will immediately relock the vehicle and there will be no charge for the service call request.

NSF Checks Received

We offer premium line o.e.m. quality replacement batteries with nationwide warranties on every battery replacement completed.
Our 72-month batteries have
24-month full replacement 48-month additional pro-rated warranty
Our 84-month batteries have
36-month full replacement 48-month additional pro-rated warranty
Our 12-Month Mobile Service Guarantee
If you encounter any vehicle battery concerns within the first 12-months of our mobile installation, we will replace the battery in Scottsdale with no additional service fee which is typically $ 85.00 to $ 115.00 or battery replacement cost.
